Every effort is made to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours.

Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only that commences from the date of dispatch. Under no circumstances, we are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and other unavoidable circumstances. However in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure the items ordered by you since at the time of order placement, they might have been unavailable.

In the unlikely event of not being able to deliver your complete order within 10 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

Please note that

  • All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient. Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved by the issuing bank.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
  • We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.


  • For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of 1% VAT.
  • For orders shipped outside India, VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your countryís regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.

All orders are shipped via a reputed courier service agency.

During the time the order package is in transit until it is delivered to you, it remains our responsibility.

On delivery at doorsteps, we require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. In case someone accepts on your behalf, then such a person should show photo ID as evidence of delivery.

Wherein you believe that your order package has been tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and inform us immediately at our Contact Noís or E Mail Id (Please click 'Contact Us'). On receipt of your intimation, we shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In case itís not possible, we shall inform you of the same and refund the whole of your order amount back to your Credit Card.
