Q. How do I purchase your product item?

A. Simple, just browse through all our collections including New Arrivals. Once you have found your dream item, just click on the ‘Add to Shopping Cart’ button below each item. In case, you would like to remove a product item, you can do so by using the 'Remove from Box' link to delete items from your Shopping Cart.

If you wish to continue browsing, click on 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Check Out' button.

Q. Am I required to set up an account for placing an order?

A. Yes, you need to. Set up an account by Registering with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases.
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

Just go to ‘Sign In’, click it and you come to ‘Register Now’. Just click ‘Register Now’, to fill in your details.

Q. I have forgotten my Password. What I need to do to get it back?

A. If that is the case, click 'FORGOT PASSWORD' following its instructions and lo! Behold, you will get it back to your e mail id. Don’t forget to log into your E Mail and see your password.

Q. How do I know that your products are authentic?

A. We unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from capsJewellery.com.

Q. Are your products colors shown on this Website accurate?

A. Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this Site. But we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen´s display of any colour will be completely accurate, since computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary from computer to computer. In such a case, some products may appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

Q. How is it possible for me to know that an item is in stock and available?

A. Please note that all items are in stock unless 'SOLD OUT' is displayed. And also be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. So hurry up to avoid the same.

In case the product item you want to buy is out of stock, please e mail or call our Customer Support (check our ‘Call Us’ link for them) to find out if there is a backorder for that item.

Q. Is it possible for me to add Items to an existing order?

A. Yes, it’s possible. You can add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched your order. In case it’s dispatched, you will need to make a new order.

Q. Will my Personal Information safe and kept private in your hands?

A. Yes, it is 100% safe and kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

Q. What Credit Cards does CapsJewellery.com accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards. For international payments we also accept Paypal. For Indian payments we offer Cash on Delivery.

Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card online at CapsJewellery?

A. Yes, it is. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

Q. Why should I re-enter my Credit Card details when I change my address and enter a new one?

A. It is meant to protect your security. When any customer request delivery to a new address we will ask the customer to provide new credit or debit card details. This way, if someone by guess comes to know your password and tries to make an order using your account, will not succeed.

Q. How much of Duties and Taxes I need to pay for a purchase order?

A. VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country´s regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional customs/RAS/VAT/ duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

Q. How is it possible for me to know that you have received my order and payment?

A. On placing an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. And your card will be debited at time of dispatch. Where any of the items you have ordered are not available, you will be informed by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

SHIPPING

Q. Do you allow product shipment to more than one address?

A.No, it’s not allowed. We only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you need to place separate orders for each address.

Q. Is it required that I sign my Order?

A. Yes, it’s required. This is due to the high value of the goods that we sell. We will be unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.

Q. Is it possible for me to change my shipping address once my order has been dispatched?

A. No, it’s not possible. We cannot redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Q. Do you ship outside India?

A. Yes, we do so through our reputed courier agents.

Q. Do you insure order packages?

A. Yes, we do so. All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. The Insurance no longer exists once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for.

Q. What kind of package will my Order shipped in?

A. Your Order will be delivered in an elegant quilted silk pouch or attractive colored box.

Q. What do I do if I find my order package damaged?

A. In case, the order package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
